NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land at rear of 80 Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, GU47 9BH I give notice that Fynecast Limited is applying to the Bracknell Forest Council for planning permission for a change of use of part of the land from residential amenity space to car parking use by residents of the flats 74A, 74C, 76A, 76C and 78A Yorktown Road, and the use of part of the land as a means of escape. Any owner* of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD by 4th January 2018
* "owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.  Date 13/12/17
