Notice is hereby given that Karenjit Kaur Samra has applied to Wiltshire Council for Premises Licence. Proposed Licensing Activities are: Retail sale of alcohol: Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 23.00. For the following premises: K K's Cafe, 11 Home Road, Bulford Barracks, Salisbury, SP4 9AL Details of the application can be viewed on the council's website wvAV.wikshire.gov.uk or by contacting die licensing team on 0300 456 0100. Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Team, Wiltshire Council, Public Protection Services & Licensing, Monkton Park, Chippenham, SNI5 IER in writing or via email: publicprotectionnorth@wilshire.gov.uk by 16th January 2018 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four licensing objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application with a maximum fine or conviction of £5000.
