Development Works TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Bournemouth, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time (suspension of payment parking place) WHERE: Entire length of payment parking place bay on south-western side of St Paul's Place WHY: Safe passage of traffic/public safety during development works carried out by McAleer and Rushe WHEN: Anticipated dates 2nd January 2018 until 1st July 2019 ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained and access to properties will be maintained depending on site safety.
