Notice is given that One Stop Stores Limited has applied to Winchester City Council for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of One Stop, 108 Battery Hill, Stanmore, Winchester, Hampshire SO22 4BH. The proposed variations are:- To amend the plan of the premises as deposited with the application; To amend the licensing hours to 06.00 to 23.00 daily and remove non-standard timings; and To amend the conditions consistent who the operating schedule. Anyone who wishes to make representation regarding this application must w ite to Licensing Section, Winchester City Council, City Offices, ColebrooS Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ Representations must be received by 17th January 2018. A copy of the application can be inspected by appointment at Licensing Section, City Offices, Colebrooks Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ or at www.winchester.gov.uk  It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000
