Application for modification of an existing sluice on Roach Estuary, Essex (to deliver Cells 2 and 4 of the RSPB's ongoing Wallasea Island Wild Coast Project) Notice is hereby given that the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to retrofit a sluice gate, install a penstock and address localised erosion to the sluice seawall. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Burnham-on-Crouch Library and Rochford Library.
