Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received by East Dorset District Council:

To stop up the western extent of Footpath E2/9 and divert Footpath E2/8 as shown on the submitted drawings. Footpath E49/5 (that joins E2/8) is to be retained.The stopping up and diversion are being made to enable the construction ofthe CuthburyNewNeighbourhood development (being considered under Planning application 3/16/0002/ FUL) which would provide improved pedestrian accessibility including a new riverside walk. Demolition of all buildings within the curtilage of Numbers 14 to 20 Church Road, construction of a new 72 Bed Residential Care Home for the Elderly, together with associated car parking, tree works and improvements to site access.
