Notice is hereby given that I, Barry Kingston, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BARRY’S BARGAINS SUPERSTORE, 16-18 MIDDLE STREET, CONSETT. DH8 5QJ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activity:- The sale by retail of alcohol (off sales only) from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
