Application to for a new Premises Licence To whom it may concern, take note that I, WB Spirits LTD, give notice that I have applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of 30 Market Place, Wantage OX12 8AJ, and that I have applied for the conditions of the licence to play recorded music and supply Alcohol between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00 Monday to Wednesday. 12:00 and 01:00 Thursday to Saturday and 12:00 and 22:00 on Sunday.

Anyone wishing to object to these variations should give notice in writing to The Licensing Officer, White Horse District Council, Licensing Team, 135 Eastern Ave nue, Milton park, Abingdon OX14 4SB before Monday 15th January and where a copy of the application can be inspected between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Itisan offence knowinglyor recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person convicted of such an offence will be liable to a fine up to £5000 based on a summary conviction.
