The proposed variation is to extend the licensable hours for the following existing licensable activities sale by retail of alcohol, screening of films, performance of plays, live music, recorded music and performance of dance until 0300 hours on each festival day i.e. Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday. Anyone wishing to make representations in connection with this variation must write to Harrogate Borough Council Licensing by November 12th 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on a summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
