Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council in accordance with the above act.
1. Name of Applicant: NICOLA BROWN. 2. Postal address of Premises: Station Inn, Station Road, Tollerton, North Yorkshire, YO61 1RD. 3. Proposed licensable activies: Supply of Alcohol between 11am and midnight and recorded music between 10am and midnight every day. 4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton. 5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later that 4th January 2018. 6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standar scale.
