I Kirran Bruce give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Chintz Symposium, Old Brewery Yard, Falmouth TR11 2BY The application is to: (4)

Extend our opening hours for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Christmas Eves to 1 am and New Years Eves to 3am. After 11 pm on these nights a member of staff will be assigned to watch over the courtyard to make sure patrons won't be a nuisance to neighbours.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licence Team, Cornwall Counil, Dolcoath Avenue, Cambourne, TR14 8SX, or email to licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 8/01/2018.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
