WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 NEWPORT CITY COUNCIL - DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER NO.1 OF 2015 - BRIDLEWAY AT OLD MILL, LANGSTONE, NEWPORT
Notice is hereby given pursuant to paragraph 8 (2) of Schedule 15 to the Act that the Inspector appointed by the Welsh Ministers to determine the Order, proposes to modify the Order as follows;
? Throughout the Order:

? replace text "...Bridleway...- with text "...Restricted Byway...-;

? Within the preamble to the Order:

? after text "...a public path.- add text "...and 53(3)(c)(ii) that a highway shown in the map and statement as a highway

of a particular description ought to be there shown as a
highway of a different description...";
? Within Parts I and II of the Schedule:

? add text "The width is as shown by the 1920 Ordnance Survey map sheet published at 1:2500 scale."

? On the Order plan:

? alter the line to show the route as a restricted byway between points A and B;

? alter the key to show the restricted byway;

? replace text "...NOT TO SCALE..." with text "...1:1,490...";

? add grid references at points A and B.

A copy of the Order, as submitted and a copy of the Order
showing the proposed modifications togetherwith the Inspector's decision dated 20th November 2017 have been deposited at the Corporate Support Office, Newport City Council, Civic Centre, Newport NP20 4UR and may be inspected free of charge during normal working hours (Contact Joanne Evans tel.no: 01633 656656 email joanne.evans@newport.gov.uk) Any representation or objection with respect to the proposed modifications may be sent electronically to wales@pins.gsi.gov.uk, or in writing to the Planning Inspectorate, Crown Buildings, Cathays Park, Cardiff, CF10 3NQ, quoting reference number 516149 not later than 28 days from the
publication of this notice and should state the grounds on which it is made, and indicate whether you wish to have the
opportunity of being heard by a person appointed by the Welsh Ministers at a further public inquiry. It should be noted that any
such representation or objection may be made available for

Hysbysir drwy hyn yn unol a pharagraff 8 (2) Atodlen 15 y Ddeddf fod yr Arolygydd a benodwyd gan Weinidogion Cymru i bennu'r Gorchymyn, yn cynnig addasu'r Gorchymyn fel a ganlyn;
? Drwy gydoly Gorchymyn:

? disodli'r testun "...Llwybr Ceffylau..." a'r testun "...Cilffordd Gyfyngedig...";

? O fewn y rhaglith i'r Gorchymyn:

? ar 6l y testun "...llwybr cyhoeddus." ychwanegu'r testun "...a 53(3)(c)(ii) y dylai priffordd a ddangosir yn y map a'r datganiad fel priffordd o ddisgrifiad penodol gael ei ddangos yno fel priffordd o ddisgrifiad gwahanol...";

? O fewn Rhannau I a II yr Atodlen:

? ychwanegu'r testun "Mae'r lled fel y'i dangosir gan y ddalen map Arolwg Ordnans 1920 a gyhoeddwyd ar raddfa 1:2,500."

? Ar gynllun y Gorchymyn:
