HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119 NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER VALE OF WHITE HORSE DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH KENNINGTON No 4 (pt)
(TANDEM FOOTBRIDGE) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017 - V2 On 13 December 2017 Vale of White Horse District Council confirmed the above Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the footpath as described in Schedule 1 of this notice and as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton OX14 4SB from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies
of the Order and map may be bought there at the
price of £10.
This Order comes into force on the date that
Oxfordshire County Council certifies the Order, but if
any person aggrieved by the Order desires to
question its validity or that of any provision contained
in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town
and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from
the date on which notice is first published as required
by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.

Description of site existing footpath (A-B-C-D-E)
The full width of the now demolished public footpath commencing at Grid Reference SP 52385 02434 (Point A on the Plan) and crossing the railway via a
footbridge for a distance of approximately 47 metres
via points B-C-D on the Order Plan to Grid Reference
SP 52408 02452 (Point E on the Plan) PART 2
Description of new site of footpath (A-F-G-H-I-J-E)
Already existing public footpath with a width of 2m commencing at Grid Reference SP 52385 02434 (Point A on the Plan) and running across the railway via a footbridge for a distance of approximately 63
metres via points F-G-H-I-J on the Order Plan to Grid
Reference SP 52408 02452 (Point E on the Plan).
