that in a Petition presented by Azhar Bashir to the sheriff at Glasgow craving the Court to order the name of Beco Properties Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC383273 and having its registered office at 49 Sprinkell Avenue, Glasgow G41 4DP, to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 29 November 2017 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
