(C2064 Smith End Green, Leigh Sinton)(Temporary
Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2064 Smith End Green, Leigh Sinton from its junction with C2227 Sherridge Road to its junction with C2245 Hopton Lane in order to facilitate broadband installation works by Grub Construction.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisno other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2245 Hopton Lane, C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin, C2065 Brockamin, C2065 Brockamin to A4103 Bransford, C2064 Suckley Road, C2064 Smith End Green and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days Commencing: 10 January 2018.
(Footpaths WD-520, WD-521, WD-527 and WD-528, Welland) (Temporary Closure)
Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 1 June 2017 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpaths WD-520, WD-521, WD-527 and WD-528, Welland for their entire lengths which was due to expire on 14 December 2017 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until the works to which itrelateshavebeen completed or until 14 September 2018 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. The Order has been made to facilitate new housing development works and to ensure the safety of the public duringthese works.
Alternative route - via Footpaths WD-526 and
WD-525, Welland, A4104 Drake Street, Footpaths
WD-529 and WD-530, Welland, and vice versa.
