TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (Yorkshire and the Humber) (No. 57) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of a north eastern part width of Dundas Street, a northern part width of Dundas Street at its junction with Pound Lane, a length and part width of Palmer Lane and a northern part width Palmer Lane extending into Dundas Street at York in the City of York to enable development as permitted by City of York Council, under reference 15/01709/OUTM.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/2885) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York YO1 6GA.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 15 December 2017 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
