APPLICATION FOR A VARAITION TO A LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that The Colony HQ Limited have applied on 7th December 2017 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The Colony HQ, The Colony, Altrincham Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 4LY to vary the premises licence as follows:
- Performance of Live Music between 12.00 noon and 01.00 hours Monday to Sunday
- Playing of Recorded Music between 12.00 noon and 01.00 hours Monday to Sunday
- Provision of Late Night Refreshment between 23.00 hours and 01.00 hours Monday to Sunday
- Supply of Alcohol between 12.00 noon and 01.00 hours Monday to Sunday
Any person wishing to make representation in relation to this application may do so in writing by 4th January 2018 to: The Licensing Section, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Borough Council at the address above by prior appointment during normal office hours.
