Notice is hereby given that Beata Grudzinska has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Special Treatment Licence for: Electrical Treatments, Manicure Treatments, Massage Treatments, Waxing, Micropigmentation Licence for the premises: Adelaide Beauty Studio, 50-52 Hoe Street, London E17 4PG. Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Neighbourhoods and Commissioning, Sycamore House, Town Hall Complex, Forest Road, Walthamstow E17 4JF by the 15 December 2017 specifying the grounds of opposition. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council._
