Trafford Borough Council Localism Act 2011
The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulation 2012 as (amended) Altrincham Town Centre Neighbourhood Business Development Plan -Notice of Making of Plan
Notice is hereby given under Section 38A (9) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 as amended by the Localism Act 2011 (Schedule 9), and Regulations 19 and 20 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended) that Trafford Borough Council made the Altrincham Town Centre Neighbourhood Business Development Plan on 29th November 2017.
The Neighbourhood Plan now forms part of the statutory Development Plan for Trafford Borough Council and will be used by Trafford Borough Council to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area. A copy of the Altrincham Town Centre Neighbourhood Business Development Plan together with a statement setting out the Council's decision to make the plan and the reasons for that decision can be viewed as follows:

Any person aggrieved by the making of the Altrincham Town Centre Neighbourhood Business Development Plan may only make an application to the High Court under Section 61N of the 2011 Localism Act as applied to Neighbourhood Plans by Section 38C (2) (d) of the 2004 Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
Any such application must be made no later than the end of the period of six weeks starting from the date the Altrincham Town Centre Neighbourhood Business Development Plan was made on 29th November 2017. Date: 29th November 2017
