Notice of Application For Variation of a Premises Licence. Behnam Azadi Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton on Tees Borough Council for the 28-29 Prince Regent Street, TS18 1DF and known as Regency Room, which is a bar and nightclub with alcohol sales. The licence application is for: extending hours for the various licensable activities - e.g. Live & recorded music Monday to Sunday from 03.00-04.00, with the opening houses of the premises being: Monday to Sunday 09.00-04.00 and to amend condition relating to start time of door supervisors. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1DF no later than: Tuesday 2 January 2018. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00a.m to 4.00pm or on the website at: www.stockton.gov.uk
