Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1066 From A44 To Tidbatch Via Whitbourne, Whitbourne , Temporary Road Closure Order to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1066 From A44 To Tidbatch Via Whitbourne, Whitbourne, The Ford Cottages. Grid Ref: 372061 / 257993. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1066 onto Whitbourne School Road onto Ladywood and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to logger installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 10th of January 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
