NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND
Land at Horspath Recreation Ground
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Oxford City Council intends to dispose of of land presently held as public open space at Horspath Recreation Ground.
The disposal will be by way of two leases each for a term of 30 years one to Oxford Harlequins Rugby Club and one to Oxford City Athletics Club.
A plan showing the areas to be disposed edged red and edged blue respectively may be inspected during normal office hours at Oxford City Council, St Aldate's Chambers,109-113 St Aldate's, Oxford, OX1 IDS.
Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Head of Law & Governance of Oxford City Council, St Aldate's Chambers, 109-113
