Worcestershire County Council hereby gives notice that on 8th December 2017 they granted planning
permission for development of Proposed Flood
Alleviation Works to improve the flood resilience of
the A44 road at New Road, Worcester, which is
development requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment for the purposes of the above Regulations. A statement by the Council containing the content of
the decision to grant planning permission and the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based and information regarding the right
to challenge the validity of the decision are available for inspection at the offices of Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester during all reasonable hours until 19th January 2018.
