Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice under Article 15(3) and Article 16 of Application for Subsequent Consent accompanied by an Environmental Statement Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
Application Ref: 17/000041/DIS Applicant: Worcestershire County Council Proposal: Application for approval of details reserved by Conditions 5 (Construction Environment Management Plan), 8 (Ecological Management Plan) and 31 (Protection of Railway Lines and Embankments) of Planning Permission Ref 15/000007/REG3 - "Proposed development of a New Rail Station and Associated Infrastructure. The Application comprises of new platforms on the Birmingham - Bristol railway line and one platform on the Cotswold railway line, a new station building, a Public Right of Way Footbridge over the Birmingham - Bristol Railway Line, Car Parking, Flood Attenuation and a new roundabout on the B4084" Dated 26 August 2015, to carryout stabilisation works to the Cotswold railway line embankment Location: Land to the East and South of the Crucible Business Park, Norton, Worcester I give notice that Worcestershire County Council is applying to Worcestershire County Council for subsequent application is respect of the above proposal. The application for subsequent consent is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The application for subsequent consent was received by the County Council on 1 December 2017. The proposed development to which the application for subsequent consent relates is situated within 10 metres of relevant railway land and may affect Public Rights of Way. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application form, the plans, the original Environmental Statement, the Non-Technical Summary, Environmental Statement Addendum and other documents submitted with the application for subsequent consent at: Worcester Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PD; County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP; www.worcestershire.gov.uk/planningapplications during office hours from 14 December 2017 until 15 January 2018.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement Addendum at a cost of £15 for paper copies or on CD for £5 from Business Administration and Systems Team, Directorate of Economy and Infrastructure, Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP, Email: BASTeam@worcestershire.gov.uk, Tel: 01905 845616, so as long as stocks last. A copy of the original Environmental Statementis also available at a charge of £200 for paper copies or on CD for £25, as long as stocks last. A Non-Technical Summary of the original Environmental Statementis also available from Business Administration and Systems Team at a cost of £5.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application for subsequent consent should write to the Council, either online using the link above or by email/post to the address below. The period for making representations about this proposal ends on 15 January 2018. Details of all correspondence regarding any Planning Application will be made available for inspection by the applicant and any interested third parties.
