PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LICENSING APPLICATIONS
Licensing Act 2003 (Premises & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2003 Notice is hereby given that Angela Lavin has applied to Chorley Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known The Coffee Club, Market Street 57-59, Chorley PR72SN.
The licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as follow: Sale of alcohol. This application can be inspected in person at the below postal addresses (weekdays 09:30 to 16:00 by appointment) or on Chorley Council's Website at www.chorley.gov.uk. Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, PO Box 13, Chorley, PR71AR stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 2nd January 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
