Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority ofWigan Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Talbot at Wigan Road, Atherton, Manchester, M46 0GN. The application includes the following terms: I.Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2 To remove narrative endorsed upon the Licence. Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wigan Council, Trading Standards & Licensing Section, (Licensing Team) Places Directorate, PO Box 100, Wigan, Manchester, WNI 3DS. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 15th January 2018 (www.wiganmbc.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
