Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of JOHN RICHARD WATTS late of Godden Lodge Residential & Nursing Home, 57 Hart Road, Thundersley SS7 3GL in the County of Essex who died on 30th day of July 2017 whose Will was proved by Alan Arthur Hurst and Rachel Elizabeth Liebeschuetz the Executors therein named on 6th day of December 2017, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 10th day of March 2018 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
