Notice is given that APS CT Properties has/have applied to Thurrock Council for a sex establishment licence to use the premises known as Tenshi Gentleman's Club (1st Floor) The Circus Tavern, Arterial Road, Purfleet, Essex. RM19 1TSas a SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should make them in writing to the Licensing Department, Thurrock Council, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, Essex. RM17 6SL within 28 days of the submission of the application that is no later than 4/1/18. Persons objecting to the grant of a licence should be be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council
