LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Fake Festivals Ltd is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises ‘CHELMSFORD FAKE FESTIVAL’ (The Premises - a marquee and secured fenced area) which are situated at Central Park (a defined area only),Chelmsford, CM2 0RW. The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows: ‘Chelmsford Fake Festival’, to provide on one Saturday per year the: Provision of live and recorded music between 12:00 and 23:00, Supply of alcohol between 12:00 and 22:45. Open to the Public between 12:00 and 23:00. An application for the above has been received for one Saturday per year. The Date for 2018 festival is July 7th. Fake Festivals Ltd will inform the licensing authority of the date each year. Applications may be inspected at Chelmsford City Council offices between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) Representations must be made in writing to: Licensing Authority, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, CM2 0RW by January 1st 2018 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale
