NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PROVISION OF PARKING (DISTRICT OF CRAVEN) (AMENDMENT NO 14) ORDER 2018
NOTICE is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Craven) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing 'No Waiting at any time' restrictions, as specified below:-

Bell Horse Gate, Ingleton (North Side) - From a point 8.0 metres north east of its junction with The Rake, north eastwards to its junction with Main Street; (South Side) -For its entire length.

A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the road affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Ingleton Community Library, Ingleborough Community Centre, Main Street, Ingleton, Carnforth LA6 3HG during normal office hours from 14 December 2017 until 8 January 2018 and also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/notices.
If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, addressed to "Area 5 Highways Office, Snaygill Industrial Estate, Keighley Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire BD23 2QR" or by e-mail to area5.skipton@northyorks.gov.uk or via the website link above by 8 January 2018.
