Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, Dale Road Radcliffe Manchester M26 1NN for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing within 28 days from the date of the application to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2 3 Knowsley Place Duke Street Bury BL9 OEJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk. Observations should therefore be submitted no later than 04/01/2018. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am-4pm Mon-Fri. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Ad 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
