Notice is hereby given that Khartoum Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Spring vale Inn 14 Burnley Street, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 OJH. The variation proposed is as follows: Application is made to: add indoor sporting events; amend the terminal hour for all licensable activities to 01:00 daily. A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA www.oldham.gov.uk during normal office hours.This application was lodged with Olclham Metropolitan Borough Council on 12/12/2017 and any representations must be made in writing to Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council at the above address by 09/01/2018.
