Tatton Park Gate: Detailed Design Consultation
In June 2015, Cheshire East Council approved outline planning permission for new homes at the end of the soon-to-be-lmproved Parkgate Lane. Whilst the residential development and major access Improvements have already been approved, we are now consulting on the type and design of these new houses and apartments. Full details of the major new Mobberley Road roundabout; school funding; town centre improvements; and more will be available.
TEM Planning hope to meet you, other stakeholders, residents and businesses for an informal exchange of thoughts and ideas over the draft plans and get your ideas on how best to deliver high quality design and meet the area's specific housing needs.
