Notice is hereby given that we SJL Leisure Limited have made an application to St Helens Council for a full variation of an existing Premises Licence at 44 - 46 Westfield Street, St Helens, WA10 1QF for structural alterations to the ground floor and first floor of the premises. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 25th December 2017 to the Licensing Section, Licensing Authority, St Helens Council, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WA10 1HF. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.sthelens.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is E5000.
