Notice of Proposals
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure of the Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to him by the said Council proposes to make the Wigan Borough (Nel Pan Lane) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Nel Pan Lane at the junction of Shelley Street on Sunday 11th February 2018 between 8:30 and 15:00.
The alternative route for traffic is:- Westleigh Lane - Kirkhall Lane - Atherleigh Way - Firs Lane - Wigan Road - Nel Pan Lane.
The Order is necessary to repair manhole frame and cover.
