NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
CAMSLEY LANE AND ADJACENT STREETS. LYMM (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, CLEARWAY AND SUSPENSION) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Camsley Lane - Its entire length.
Stockport Road - From its junction with Warrington Road to its junction with Camsley Lane.
Yeald Brow - From its junction with Camsley Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a northerly direction.
Massey Brook Lane - From its junction with Camsley Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction.
Princess Road - From its junction with Camsley Lane/Booths Hill Road for a distance Df approximately 50m in a northerly direction.

Booths Hill Road - From its junction with Camsley Lane to its junction with Barsbank Lane.
Highfield Road - From its junction with Booths Hill Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a southerly direction.
Temporary Suspension of The Borough of Warrington (B5158 Cherry Lane and Elm Tree Road, Lymm) (7.5 Tonne Weight Limit, Except for Access) Consolidation Order 2016 in so far as it relates to Schedule 2 - 7.5T Weight Limit, Except for Access as follows:
B5158 Cherry Lane, Lymm - For its entire length. Elm Tree Road, Lymm - For its entire length.
The Order will be effective from Monday 29th January 2018 for 5 weeks between the hours of 7:00pm-1:00am when signed on site.
The alternative route for Camsley Lane/Stockport Road/Booths Hill Road will be via
Elm Tree Road, Cherry Lane, Cliff Lane, Knutsford Road and vice versa.
The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway surfacing works.

The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Marsh House Lane - Its entire length.
O'Leary Street - From its junction with Marsh House Lane to its junction with Roome Street.
Rylands Drive - From its junction with Marsh House Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction. Rylock Close - Its entire length. Cabul Close - Its entire length. Godfrey Street - Its entire length.
Hume Street - From its junction with Marsh House Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction.
Matthews Street - From its junction with Marsh House Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction.
Marsh Street - From its junction with Marsh House Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction.
The Order will be effective from Saturday 20th January 2018 for 7 weeks between the hours of 7:00pm -1:00am when signed on site.
The alternative route for Marsh House Lane will be via Battersby Lane, Manchester Road, Padgate Lane or Via Padgate Lane, King Edward Street, Manchester Road, Battersby Lane or via Orford Lane, Lythgoes Lane, Manchester Road, Padgate Lane.
The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway surfacing works.

The alternative route for Tankersley Grove will be via Whittle Avenue, Westbrook Way, Cromwell Avenue, Canons Road, Hood Lane North and vice versa, or via Whittle Avenue, Sankey Way, Cromwell Avenue, Canons Road, Hood Lane North and vice versa. The alternative route for Sycamore Lane will be via Whittle Avenue, Sankey Way, Cromwell Avenue, Canons Road, Hood Lane North, Dorchester Road and vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
CULCHETH AND GLAZEBURY FOOTPATH N0.148 AND CROFT FOOTPATH N0.13 (PART))
(FOOTPATH CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a temporary footpath closure on Culcheth and Glazebury footpath no.148 from its junction with the B5212 Holcroft Lane to its junction with Croft footpath no.13 then continuing along Croft footpath no.13 to the western side of a footbridge over a stream at the north eastern corner of the Risley landfill site. The Order will be effective from Tuesday 12th December 2017 for a period of 6 months. The closure will be in place as and when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Holcroft Lane, Culcheth and Glazebury footpath no.144, Bent Lane, New Hall Lane, Croft footpath no.27, Croft footpath no.13 and vice versa.
The closure is required for safety due to damage to the footbridge and to enable the replacement of the footbridge.

The Order will be effective from Monday 11th December 2017 for a period of 8 weeks, between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm when signed on site.
The alternative routes are:

THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (VARIOUS ROADS) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 4th December 2017. The effect of the Order is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the lengths of roads detailed in column 1 of the Schedule below to the extent as detailed in column 2 of the said Schedule. The Order will be effective from Thursday 11 th January 2018. A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with plans of the restricted areas, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended ("the 1984 Act") and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area) (Borough of Warrington) Order 2006 (Statutory Instrument 2006/3421) made by Order under Section 43 and Schedule 3 of The Road Traffic Act 1991 ("the Act of 1991") and The Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 8) Order 2006 (Statutory Instrument 2006/3419) made by The Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to Section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 ("the Act of 2000") and of all other enabling powers on 6th December 2017.
The effect of the Order is to amend The Borough of Warrington (Winwick Road) (Revocation and Bus and Cycle Lane) Order 2010 to allow for the enforcement of bus lane contraventions at the location specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will be effective from 9th January 2018.
