The Order will be effective from Monday 29th January 2018 for 5 weeks between the hours of 7:00pm-1:00am when signed on site.

CULCHETH AND GLAZEBURY FOOTPATH N0.148 AND CROFT FOOTPATH N0.13 (PART))
(FOOTPATH CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
The effect of which will be to introduce a temporary footpath closure on Culcheth and Glazebury footpath no.148 from its junction with the B5212 Holcroft Lane to its junction with Croft footpath no.13 then continuing along Croft footpath no.13 to the western side of a footbridge over a stream at the north eastern corner of the Risley landfill site. The Order will be effective from Tuesday 12th December 2017 for a period of 6 months. The closure will be in place as and when signed on site.
The alternative route will be via Holcroft Lane, Culcheth and Glazebury footpath no.144, Bent Lane, New Hall Lane, Croft footpath no.27, Croft footpath no.13 and vice versa.
The closure is required for safety due to damage to the footbridge and to enable the replacement of the footbridge.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,84 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 4th December 2017. The effect of the Order is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the lengths of roads detailed in column 1 of the Schedule below to the extent as detailed in column 2 of the said Schedule. The Order will be effective from Thursday 11 th January 2018. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended ("the 1984 Act") and by virtue of The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking and Special Parking Area) (Borough of Warrington) Order 2006 (Statutory Instrument 2006/3421) made by Order under Section 43 and Schedule 3 of The Road Traffic Act 1991 ("the Act of 1991") and The Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 8) Order 2006 (Statutory Instrument 2006/3419) made by The Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to Section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 ("the Act of 2000") and of all other enabling powers on 6th December 2017.
