PUBLIC NOTICE STREET TRADING
London Local Authorities Act 1990 Section 24, Section 32 (7) and (8)
The London Local Authorities Act 1990 makes provision for the granting of licences for street trading. Before designating any streets for street trading or determining any charges to be made for such licences, the Council is required to give notice and consider any representations received within the period specified in the notice. The proposed streets to be designated and proposed new charges are outlined below. The closing date for representations is 4pm on Thursday 28th December 2017.
