LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976
FEES FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLE LICENCES AND FOR PRIVATE HIRE OPERATOR'S LICENCES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Wychavon District Council proposes to vary the level of fees for the licences referred to above, with effect from 1st April 2018 The proposed level of fees are:-

Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence (new and renewal) £225.00
Private Hire Vehicle Licence (new and renewal) £203.00
Private Hire Operator's Licence (1 year licence) £106.00
Private Hire Operator's Licence (5 year licence) £463.00

Any objections to the proposed variations must be received by the Licensing Manager at the address set out below by 11 January 2018. A copy of this Notice has been deposited at the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 1PT
