HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL NOTICE OF MAKING HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, WHITBOURNE) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers has made the above named Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be as follows:
No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour along the following lengths of road:
C1066, Whitbourne to Clifton-Upon-Teme Road
from a point approximately 234 metres southwest of its junction with Meadow Green Lane to a point 200 metres north east of that junction.
U65025, Meadow Green Lane from its junction with the C1066 Whitbourne to Clifton-Upon-Teme Road for a distance of 320 metres in a westerly direction.

U65036, Old Forge for its entire length. U65038, The Acreage for its entire length. U65039, Ashpool for its entire length. U65044, Bannercroft for its entire length. Ardley Meadow for its entire length.
This comes into operation on 29 December 2017, together with a plan, Statement of Reasons for making the Order and any Orders to be revoked are available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE and during normal opening times at the Bromyard Customer Services Centre, 1 Cruxwell Street, Bromyard, HR7 4EB from 14 December 2017. They can also be viewed on the Council's website at (www.herefordshire.gov.uk) in the Introduced Traffic Regulation Order section. Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.
General enquiries relating to the Order should be referred to the Traffic Management Team at ADL Traffic Engineering Ltd (Tel: 01454 332100). If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
