Notice is hereby given that Spirit Pub Company (Leased) Limited has applied in respect of the Black Horse, 81 High Street, Standlake, Witney, OX29 7RH for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003:This is an application to change the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan.The main change is the addition of an extension to the premises to link the main building with the outbuilding. Consequently, the extent of the licensable area has increased. The other changes include the reconfiguration of the toilets in the outbuilding, the addition of a ramp and lobby, the addition of fixed furniture, removal of the bar counter from the bar/restaurant area and changes to the doors and partition walls. The conditions, licensable activities and hours authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that changes the plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of any fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment. Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 2 January 2018, to the West Oxfordshire District Council Licensing Authority at Business Support, Licensing Function, West Oxfordshire District Council, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Woodgreen, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 1NB where the register of licensing applications can be inspected by appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. TLT Solicitors
