I Freyja Ducker give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Sandy Duck 12 Pennance Road Falmouth TR11 4EA The application is to: Recorded Music Late Night Refreshment On Sales of Alcohol

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk  not later than 28th December 2017. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Alternatively please telephone the Licensing office on 03001234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
