LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We Savers Health and Beauty Limited hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Savers, 21 Town Square Basildon Essex SS14 1BA. The proposed licensable activity is: for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday - Saturday 08.30 - 18.00 (14th November - 24th December until 20.00) and Sunday 10.00-17.00. Interested parties and responsible authorites may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre St Martin's Square Basildon Essex SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale.
