NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

Biedronka Polish Dell LTD has applied to Chlltern District Council for a premises licence to permit the following llcensable activities: Sell of Alcohol Monday -Saturday from 10am to 7pm Sunday 10am to 4pm at 63 The Broadway, High Street, Chesham,HP5 1BX Buckinghamshire. Any responsible authorities or other persons wishing to make representations on this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team Leader, Chiltern District Council, King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5AW or by emailing: licensing@chiltern.gov.uk by 25th December 2017.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under section 158 of licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
