The freeholder of Tankerville, Kingston Hill, KT2 7JH, namely the late Raymond Guy Vere Nicoll M.C and/or his executors, cannot be found. The leaseholders intend to acquire their landlord's interest in the said building pursuant to Part III of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987.
