Application has been made by James Convenience Retail Limited to the Licensing Authority of Hambleton District Council for a Premises Licence for the Select Convenience (formerly Supernews Local) at 1 Market Court, Bedale DL8 1YA The application includes the following terms:- To enable the sale of alcohol off the premises between 06.00 and 23.00 Monday-Sunday. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the LicensingAuthority at any time up to and including 4th January 2018 (www.hambleton.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
