THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF RED ROAD, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER NO.22017 NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all traffic from using thatlength of Red Road, Borehamwood from its junction with Holme Park south eastwards for adistance of approximately 41 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Red Road, Theobald Street and Red Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4December 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road. Acopy of the Order may be inspected free of charge at County Hall, Hertford between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm (excluding weekends, bank and public holidays). THE HERTFORDSHIRE (TEMPORARYCLOSING OF THE CYCLEWAY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF A412 ST ALBANS ROAD, WATFORD) ORDER 2017 NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of theRoad Traffic Regulation Act 1984,toprohibit allpedalcyclistsfromusingthe cycleway situated on the westside of A412 St Albans Road, Watford fromapointinlinewiththe northern boundaiyof No.125 St AlbansRoad northeastwards foradistance of approximately 250 metres ("the Cycleway"). Pedal Cyclists will need to dismount and use the adjacent footway. The Order is needed because the installation of new telecom ducts are proposed to be executed on or near the Cycleway. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 4December 2017 for aperiod of up to 18 months. THE HERTFORDSHIRE (THE RUTTS, BUSHEY HEATH) (ONE WAYTRAFFIC) ORDER 2017 NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council in order to maintain road safety and correct an administrative error, havemade an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to replace an existing one way traffic Order in Bushey Heath, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The Order will come into effect on Monday 4December 2017.
