Variation of a Licence

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Kerry Arms, Commercial Street, Hereford HR1 2DJ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003:Recorded music,including anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol hours: From 10:00h until 03:30h Monday to Sunday upstairs and downstairs (currently permitted from 10:00h until 02:00h downstairs and from 20:00h until 00:00h upstairs, Monday to Sunday). Late night refreshment hours: From 23:00h until 03:30h Monday to Sunday upstairs and downstairs (currently permitted from 23:00h until 01:30h downstairs and from 20:00h until 00:00h upstairs, Monday to Sunday). Opening hours: From 10:00h until 04:00h Monday to Sunday upstairs and downstairs (currently permitted from 10:00h until 02:30h downstairs and from 10:00h until 00:00h upstairs, Monday to Sunday). As a result of the above, the application also seeks to replace the existing licensing conditions, in order to promote the licensing objectives. Please see section M below for a full list of the proposed conditions. The condition permitting an additional hour at the commencement of British SummerTime will remain. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 28 December 2017, to the Herefordshire Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owen Street, Hereford HR1 2PJ where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours and/or at www.herefordshire.gov.uk .
