(CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (VARIATION NO. 23) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 4 December 2017 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. These variation orders (which amend their various base orders) and which come into force on 11 November 2017 have the following effects;

a) Provide additional Disabled Persons Parking Places (DPPPs) and remove those no longer needed inWest Oxfordshire, as shown in the table below;
b) Amend theVarious Roads South Oxfordshire District Order in Mereland Road, Didcot to reflect current parking restrictions on the road - administrative change only;
c) Amend the parking restrictions in Chestnut Avenue, Headington to align with new off-street parking as a result of development at No 44 Hawthorn Avenue; (and correct an administrative only error in the schedules);
d) extend the existing double yellow lines on the south side of Hudson Street, Deddington - removing the existing No Waiting 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday;
e) Exclude the following properties from eligibility for residents and visitors parking permits to fulfil planning conditions in:- Magdalen Road North 278A & 278B Cowley Road; Summertown, 7A Middle Way; The Lakes 88 Derwent Avenue;
f) Amend the following properties to allow 1 residents permit and visitors permits per dwelling in Summertown 10,11, & 12 Mayfield Road;
g) Amend the following property to allow full access to permits in Summertown 12 Lucerne Road;
h) Administrative changes only to North Summertown Traffic Order (articles and Schedule numbering) that don't involve any changes to physical parking restrictions.

Documents giving more particulars of the orders are available for public inspection at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX 1 IND from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday; West Oxfordshire District Council, Town Centre Parking Shop,Welch Way, Witney; and at Bampton, Carterton, Chipping Norton, Deddington, and Headington libraries during normal opening hours. If you wish to question the validity of any of the orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from 4 November 20I7 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
