Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 Any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named, late of Kilkee Lodge, Coggeshall Road, Braintree, Essex who died on 27 March 2015 are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before 7 February 2018 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
