Fermanagh for premises formerly known as Squires Bar & Restaurant, but now known as the Tap House Bar & Restaurant at 46 Old Tempo Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh

being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 namely, premises specified in the Article:-5(1) (a) as premises in which the business carried on under the Licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises. A Protection Order authorising Dala One Limited of 46 Old Tempo Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh to carry on the business under the Licence was granted on the 22nd June, 2015 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Enniskillen for a period of six months from the date of the Order. The owner of the premises is Gareth Reihill. The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of the Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the Application.
